Via BleepingComputer

A study of the dark web has found over 15B records for sale stemming from over 100K data breaches. Out of the 15B records, around 5 billion are unique and around 25% of a given account is tied to a banking or financial service and costs around $70 on average.

Other accounts, such as cable, streaming and social media accounts are sold for around $20 or less, on average.

The research has also uncovered several hacking tools that are being bought and sold on the dark web, which include password cracking tools, account takeover tools, and malware.

With so much data available to hackers, the best way to protect yourself is to use unique passwords and leverage 2FA as often as possible.
